I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor which means I draw on a variety of therapeutic models to tailor the support you receive. I work in a strengths-based way integrating humanistic person-centred theories, CBT, attachment theory, Parts theories and Compassion Focused Therapy. I hold you at the centre of your therapy and collaborate with you to explore your individual needs and goals to help you reach your potential.

Qualified to Level 5 counselling diploma level, I have delivered counselling practice within the BACP ethical framework since 2020 offering both time limited and open-ended therapy. I have mostly supported adults and young people who are victims/survivors of domestic, sexual and relational abuse.

I attend regular clinical supervision to ensure my work with clients is ethical and effective, to enhance my professional development and stay up to date on best practice.

I work to embed equality, diversity and inclusion in my practice to better meet client needs.
